The exhibitor’s registration will open on February 9th. Please remember you will need the email you used at the signature of your contract and your COM number.
At the venue, badges can be retrieved at Hall Viger. Here’s the schedule:
• Monday, April 27: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday, April 28: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, April 29: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday, April 30: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday, May 1st: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Your participation gives you maximum visibility in front of all visitors and media at the fair.
To be eligible, products must meet all of the following requirements:
• Be a consumer packaged goods (CPG) product intended for retail, foodservice, or private-label markets.
• Have been launched on the North American market as of January 2025. Products previously marketed in other regions may be eligible, provided they were introduced to the North American market in or after January 2025.
• Demonstrate a genuine element of innovation, such as in recipe, formulation, packaging, manufacturing process, market positioning, or sustainability.
• Offer clear added value for consumers and/or professional end users.

A detailed setup schedule will be sent to you via email 3 weeks before the show.
The booth set-up will take place on Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28, 2026, according to the time slot assigned to you.
(*) Note that it is possible to stay for installation until 10:00 PM on Monday, April 27, and until 10:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, but no temporary exit will be allowed after 6:00 PM (all exits are final).
No rolling equipment (carts or dollies) will be tolerated once the carpets are installed.
Non-alcoholic products
Samples must be distributed free of charge, exclusively by the producer, manufacturer, or their official representative, within the booth.
Authorized formats:
• Non-alcoholic beverage: maximum 120 ml (4 oz)
• Food: maximum 100 g (4 oz)
Alcoholic products
• Only products listed with the SAQ are permitted at the event.
• If the product is listed with the SAQ, the exhibitor must purchase their products through Maestro Culinaire, the sole holder of the alcohol permit for the Palais des Congrès.
Authorized sample quantities based on alcohol content:
• ≤ 7 %: maximum 100 ml (3.5 oz)
• > 7 % and < 20 %: maximum 50 ml (1.75 oz)
• ≥ 20 %: maximum 25 ml (0.75 oz)
