On April 17, 2018, our Jury will select the winners amongst a pre-selection of the best innovations !

The 10 winners will be announced to the press on April 18, 2018

During an official ceremony in front of the major actors of the food industry, our Jury will announce the grand-prize winners for the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories on May 2, 2018, the first day of the SIAL Canada tradeshow
