A word from the 2017 Grand Award winner

SIAL innovation in 4 steps


Step 1

Register for the competition through the registration platform before March 21, 2018.


Step 2

On April 25, 2018, our Jury will select the winners amongst a pre-selection of the best innovations.


Step 3

The 10 winners will be announced to the press on April 26, 2018.


Step 4

During an official ceremony in front of the major actors of the food industry, our Jury will announce the grand-prize winners for the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories on May 2, 2018 - the first day of the SIAL Canada 2018 tradeshow.

Who will be the 2018 winners?

For its 11th edition, SIAL Innovation is back on the lookout for the most innovative products in North America. One of the highlight of the show every year, SIAL Innovation is the only international competition that not only reveal the most innovative products in the food industry but also offer global visibility to the winning products.
