The SIAL Innovation competition is a unique international competition that rewards the best innovations in food and non-food related products, such as packaging and containers.

The competition is open to all exhibitors, and select winners based on the following 4 criteria: packaging, manufacturing process, merchandising and recipe.

SIAL innovation in 4 steps

Step 1

Register for the competition through the registration platform and pay the entry fees ($150 CAD).

Step 2

Then, our Jury will select the winners amongst a pre-selection of the best innovations.

Step 3

The 10 winners will be announced to the press two weeks before the show.

Step 4

Our Jury will announce the grand-prize winners for the Gold, Silver and Bronze categories during an official ceremony in front of the major actors of the food industry on October, 01.
