A unique contest
The only contest to offer all participating oils visibility in front of more than 15,000 food professionals, from both the retail and food-service sectors.
Olive d’Or not only offers you the chance to win one of the 12 medals and 5 special prizes, amongst a thousand olive oils from all across the globe each year, but it provides winners with unbeatable exposure on the local and global scenes.
SIAL Canada attracts roughly 200 journalists and benefits from the marketing strengths of the SIAL network, and its active worldwide presence.
A jury made up with experts from the food packaging, retail and food marketing, will select on April 25th, among hundreds of extra virgin olive oil bottles registered, the 5 most designed bottles.
These 5 selected bottles will be exhibited during the 3 days of the show, at the Olive d’Or space.
We invite all the visitors to vote for the most beautiful one at the Olive d’Or booth.
The winner will be revealed Thursday May 4th in the morning at the Olive d’Or booth.

Ten years after its creation the Olive d’Or competition still judging and promoting the best extra virgin olive oils from around the world on the North American market. I do observe year after year a huge interest from the professionals for this ancestral product that has never been as promoted as it is now for its aromas and health benefits. Participate at the contest it is benefiting from a wonderful exposure during 3 days on a prestigious area: the Olive d’Or area where professionals come to discover good quality products and meet with other passionate people.
