SIAL Paris 2018 closed its doors on Thursday 25 October BUT the ideas, discoveries and inspirations proposed by this year's edition

will continue to resonate for a long time to come on Planet Food.

5 products you should know about:

•  Cocasse Food: bar of… vegetables! Forget about feeling guilty eating a bar of chocolate with those healthy alternatives with carrots, tomatoes and beetroots. Goes well along with salads or as a sauce or even in your cakes. 


•  BeKids: the perfect match to make your kids eat fruits with those freeze-dried fruit popsickle (mango, pineapple, banana). It won the SIAL INNOVATION bronze award AND the fruits & vegetables award.


•  Namaste Kefir: kefir water, it’s possible and it’s 100% natural. A greek-product perfect to relax, gluten and lactose-free.


•  "Burrotta": it is true love for cheese-lover, a burrata with a heart of ricotta. What’s Italy has best to offer in one product!
