- The show office will be located at booth # 2606.
- People of between 0 and 18 years of age (inclusively) as well as animals, with the exception of school groups and guide dogs, will not be admitted to the exhibition hall (even during the setup and dismantling periods). The organizer will not provide any childcare services on-site.
- The sale of any type of merchandise, including samples, tastings for which a charge applies, and the receipt of cash given in payment or as a deposit on orders made, is prohibited.
- The Direct Energy Centre is a non-smoking facility, as per the City of Toronto bylaws. Smoking is permitted only within designated areas at the exterior of the Direct Energy Centre as permitted by law.

Exclusive Material Handling Services!
If you or your transportation carrier need to use an electric pump truck / jigger, or forklift to move your materials from the dock to your booth, you MUST contract GES Global Experience Specialists Material Handling Services. Please note that there will be some dollies provided free-of-charge on-site on a first-come first-served basis for exhibitor use. Moreover, it is allowed to use your OWN manual pump truck. (Please refer to section 1/10 and click here to get additional information as well as the appropriate order forms)
Union Locals!
The Direct Energy Centre is a facility which operates under collective agreements between six separate union locals that affect exhibitors on the show floor. These agreements impact the way in which work needs to be done on-site and union labour must be hired when work in your space involves these trades.

|
Within these regulations, you'll find all the general information you need to know about participating in our event.

9/10 - Booth design rules
|
Consult this document or provide it to your decorator in order to ensure that your booth is built according to our norms. Note: The Ministry of Labour has deemed exhibit space in the Direct Energy Centre to be an Industrial site during the move-in and move-out periods. Therefore, all personnel working in an exhibit area must wear protective footwear.
