Since the competition's creation, Christine Cheylan has been the chairperson of the Jury. Ms. Cheylan is an olive industry expert and has presided over numerous national and international competitions. She is intensely involved in the olive production industry and trained as a professional taster. She is an olive producer, an oil mill manager, an olive production consultant and a competition juror.
